    THAT Council of the Township of North Glengarry adopts Site Plan Development Agreement By-law No. 32-2022 with UNIVERSAL STORAGE SOLUTIONS (Garret Munro), for the property described as Con 1, Part Lot 1: RP14R4150, Part 1, former Kenyon Township, in the now Township of North Glengarry, County of Glengarry; (also known as 3910 County Road 34, Alexandria, ON, K0C 1A0); and

    THAT By-law 32-2022 be read a first, second, third time and enacted in Open Council this 25th day of July, 2022.

    THAT the Council of the Township of North Glengarry receives Staff Report No. BP-2022-24 for the formal request that C-Projection Inc.’s (agent to Xplornet Communications) proposal be considered complete and that the Township of North Glengarry approves the assessment of the process C-Projection Inc./Xplornet has undertaken to date for the construction of one wireless tower in North Glengarry to improve wireless voice and data services within the Township and that the Township issue a formal Letter of Concurrence to C-Projection Inc./Xplornet with a copy to ISED in order to permit C-Projection Inc./Xplornet to move forward with the installation of the proposed wireless communication site, being 3494 Lakeshore Road, Alexandria.
